How do I track my order?
To track your order, please click here and enter your email or phone and order number. You will then be able to view all of your order and shipping details.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We package and ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, SaraswatiShop.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?
We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.
Where is your store located?
We do not have a retail store, but there are many boutiques, gift shops, Museum Stores, Yoga and Health Spas, as well as Catalogs (most notably, Sundance Catalog), all over the United States who stock both our Jewelry and our Home Goods.
Is your full collection available online?
Not yet on this site. We have carefully curated the items you see here, but we will be adding to the selection ongoingly.
Can I replace a lost earring?
We only make and sell pairs. If the style is in stock, you may purchase another pair. Some styles are produced for one season only and will not be available at a later time. Please contact us to find out.
If I lose one earring, can I request a replacement for the lost earring?
If the item is in stock, we’d be happy to send you a new pair at the full retail price plus shipping.
What is your return policy?

What is your repair policy?
While we do not repair broken jewelry, we will replace any broken jewelry purchased through SaraswatiShop.com within three months of the date of purchase, but only if the breakage is due to faulty original craftsmanship. For replacement of items in need of repair, please contact us via the Returns page.
If you purchased the item from another Retailer, please return the damaged item to the store you originally purchased it from. They will be able to assist you with your repair.

How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email. Click here to check the status of your order. If you are a registered user, simply log in to your account. Guest users must enter their order number and billing zip code.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.
Does SaraswatiShop ship outside of the contiguous US and/or to PO boxes?
Yes! Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

What is your privacy policy?
We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment operations. From time to time, we may send sale information, product updates, etc. via US mail and/or electronically via email. If you would prefer not to receive these promotional items, you may opt out via an online form or by contacting us with "REMOVE" as the subject header.

Do you offer gift-wrapping?
Yes. For a nominal $3.00, we will wrap your item inside our signature logo box with wrapping paper and ribbon. If you would like a message to accompany the gift, please send us your message and we will hand write it on a small note card to go with the gift.
Is my transaction safe?
All order information sent to SaraswatiShop.com is encrypted. We protect your online transactions by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Should I expect to pay duties and taxes for my order?
International orders can be shipped with duties and taxes due upon delivery via our Standard or Economy ship methods. These orders will be delivered by your local postal service. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
