How to choose your type of return
1 - Imperfections
Once we have received and responded to your Returns Submission Form, we will need to see a photo or two of the item’(s) imperfection(s) for Saraswati team to review.
After our review, we will then advise you with further information on how to return the item(s).
- All items which are “imperfect” are applicable for, store credit, refund up to 3 months after the order was first received, or simply a replacement.
- If your item(s) is/are deemed damaged, we will compensate your return shipping up to $7.95 USD for American and Canadian customers... or the standard shipping amount for your country.
- We do not provide any return labels.
2 - Incorrect Item Received
If for some reason the products you received are different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize. Do not worry, we will do what it takes to fix this for you as soon as possible!
Please ensure to contact us within 30 days of receiving your products, if we are contacted later than 30 days, only store credit will be offered.
- We will reimburse your return shipping up to $7.95 USD for American and Canadian customers, or the standard shipping amount for your country.
- In order for us to send out your correct items, we require the incorrect products to be sent back to Saraswati.
- If the item you originally purchased is no longer available, store credit will be applied.
- We will also be sure to include a free gift for any inconvenience!
3 - Incorrect Size
Exchanges are processed for exact ring size changes only. If you wish to exchange for a different item, we request that you process this return as a Change of Heart return.
- We are more than happy to provide exchanges or store credit for all of our rings within 30 days of your jewelry being received.
- In the event that your products have been sent back for an exchange and we do not have the requested product available, we will offer store credit including the original shipping cost.
- Shipping fees will not be reimbursed to send the items back to us. Standard rates are $7.95 USD for American and Canadian customers, unfortunately, we do not provide return labels for any type of return.
- If your items arrive at Saraswati damaged due to lack of protection (i.e. no small jewelry box or bubble wrap), we will be unable to process your return and your items will be sent back to you.
4 - Damaged on Arrival
If you find that your products are damaged, we would like to fix this issue for you as soon as possible!
- Please be sure to contact us within 30 days of receiving your items, if we are contacted later than 30 days, only store credit will be applied.
- We will reimburse your return shipping up to $7.95 USD for American and Canadian customers, or the standard shipping amount for your country.
- If the item you originally purchased is no longer available, store credit will be applied.
5 - Change of Heart
If you unfortunately had a change of heart with your Saraswati product, or if they are not a satisfying fit, we request that you send them back for store credit. Please note refunds/store credit are not applicable for Clearance items, Earrings, or Sale items.
Store credit and refunds are available for up to 30 days after the order has been received.
- We are sorry that original shipping will not be refunded and shipping fees will not be reimbursed to send the items back to us.
- Standard rates are $7.95 USD for American customers and $14.25 USD for international customers.
- Unfortunately, we do not provide return labels for any type of return.
- If your items arrive at Saraswati damaged due to lack of protection (i.e. no box or bubble wrap), we will be unable to process your return and your items will be sent back to you.
